my exam Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark - Python

was suspended without a reason after a pass the validation flow , after that i raise a ticket with the number #00979591, but was partially responded because they told me about the expiration date of the voucher but nothing related to the suspended exam without a reason , for what im requesting a reshedule for august 30 at 14:00.
Please help resolve this issue urgently
