I recently completed my certification and noticed that my name is incorrectly displayed on my Databricks certification. I would like to request a correction so that my certification records accurately reflect my legal name.

Current Name on Certification: Ghosh Ghosh
Correct Name: Swagata Ghosh

Also, I have noticed that in the https://www.webassessor.com/ portal, I found that my legal first name is incorrect. Please help me to get it corrected so that in my future certification may reflect my correct legal name.

I would appreciate your assistance in updating my certification records and reissuing the certificate with the corrected name.
