Hi Databricks Community,
I received a certification voucher sent to my corporate email address, and I have a few questions I couldn't find clear answers to in the public docs. I was hoping someone here could help clarify:
- Can I use this voucher on my personal Databricks account?
The voucher was sent to my company email, but my Databricks Academy/certification account is under my personal email. Are these vouchers tied to the specific account/email domain, or can they be applied to any account at checkout? - Is this a free exam voucher or a discount voucher?
The email I received doesn't explicitly state whether this covers the full exam fee or just a percentage discount. Is there a way to verify this before I reach the payment step?
- How can I check the expiry date?
I don't see a clear expiration date in the email. Do these vouchers typically have a standard validity period (e.g., 90 days), and is there somewhere I can confirm the exact deadline?
For context: I'm currently employed at a company with a Databricks relationship, but I'm asking from a personal learner perspective since I'd like to take the exam on my own account.
