Hi @Sujitha @Cert-Bricks @Cert-Team @Retired_mod,

It has been 2 days since the incident occurred and not a single substantial communication has been established. It is really disheartening to see no one taking an active lead to resolve this issue, especially after the way proctoring was done. I couldn't find a single reason to rationalize the way my exam was suspended by the proctor as I approached the exam with complete honesty and integrity. My exam has the word Professional but there was nothing Professional from the Proctor's end. Moreover, the team responsible to resolve the issue is not helping the cause by not establishing any point of contact. The entire experience has been really demoralising and patience testing, given the months of hard work and my earnings are on stake. Anyone reading from the team please value my efforts and help resolve the issue as soon as possible and provide me with ET of issue resolution and active communication, so that I can focus better on other aspects of my life.
