Hi @Sujitha Thanks for you words, much appreciated. I got the ticket assigned and was asked the time and day about rescheduling the exam. I reverted back by asking if the exam would commence where I left off so that I can accordingly select a time window. It has been more than 2 hours, I have not received any response yet as I wanted to give the exam today itself. My request id- 00386621.
