I suspect you might be enrolled in the free self-paced course. In that version, lab access is not available. To access the labs, you have the following options:

• Academy Labs Subscription – Provides access to multiple self-paced courses with labs for one year.
• Instructor-Led Training (ILT) – Enroll in this version of the course to access labs for 7 days.
