I've been trying out the Databricks Community Edition, Every time I try to connect to a cluster I'm getting one of the following 2 errors

Bootstrap Timeout:
Node daemon ping timeout in 780000 ms for instance i-04d14165ecb322e53 @ 10.172.223.53. Please check network connectivity between the data plane and the control plane.

Bootstrap Timeout:
Timeout after 600 seconds while setting up launched instance e97eee247adc4be090d1e3a080269223.

Have stuck like this for a day please let me know if there is a way to fix this issues.

I've tried switching networks and also tried creating a new account still the issue persists.
