Unable to create cluster in community edition

Hello, since yesterday it is impossible to start a cluster in the community version of Databricks. I have tried deleting it, creating a new one...
Also, from what I see, it is an error that is happening to many people.
Bootstrap Timeout:
Node daemon ping timeout in 780000 ms for instance i-07fd60e2438c5c752 @ 10.172.169.229. Please check network connectivity between the data plane and the control plane.

@Retired_modthe problem is in the Community Edition ... there are already several threads reporting the same issue and so far no answer from the Community Manager as far as I could see.
