Filestore endpoint not visible in Databricks community edition

In community edition of Databricks after multiple attempts of enable, refreshes, unable to navigate to File store endpoint.

Have you tried go to settings -> Advanced (workspace admin) -> search for "dbfs" -> Enable DBFS File Browser

 Earlier we have it and I do not see this option now.

Hey there, I'm facing the similar issue. Could not find DBFS or FileStorage in Catalogs. 
the suggested method of enabling from Settings is also not working. Please help
