I am writing to seek clarification regarding my recent exam, which was suspended due to a reflection issue caused by my spectacles. During the exam, the proctor paused it and asked me to sit closer to the camera. After addressing this, I resumed and completed all questions.

However, while reviewing my answers with 8 minutes remaining, I was informed that the exam had been suspended for violating the norms. I was told that my responses were saved and that the results would be released later. Currently, my portal still shows the exam as suspended, and I have not received any results.

Could you please assist me in resolving this matter? I would greatly appreciate any updates on the status of my exam.
