How can I hide specific colum from a table visualization, but not in the exported data.
I have over 200 columns in my query result and the ui freeze while I want to show it in a table visualization. So I want to hide specific columns, but if I export the result to excel, the hided columns are not present.
With old lagazy dashboards, it was possible to hide columns in table view, but not in exported data.
How can i achive this with AI/BI Dashboards?

Hello @tw1!
To hide specific columns in an AI/BI Dashboard table while keeping them in the exported data, uncheck the columns in the table widget to hide them from the visualisation. This only affects the UI view. To export the whole dataset, including hidden columns, use the Data tab instead of exporting directly from the widget, as widget exports include only visible columns.

Thank you for your answer @Advika
But this doesn't help my customer which use the dashboard. They cant use the data tab.
With lagacy-dashboards it was possible to hide only columns for ui.
Otherwise with new ai/bi dashbords how is it possible to display tables with more than 200 columns and export the data to excel?

@tw1, currently, AI/BI dashboards don’t support hiding columns in the UI while retaining them in exports. To handle large datasets and avoid freezing, use filters and parameters to limit data shown in the UI. This helps reduce load and improve performance with large datasets.

This is no good option for our customers. They need all column informations. It's very sad, that this option is not avaiable in new AI/BI Dashboards, because in lagazy Dashboards it was possible to use.
So we can't use new AI/BI Dashboards for our customers. I hope it will be available in future, because currently it is not possible to create new legazy dashboards.
