How to get Databricks usage invoices?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if there are people who wanted to see invoices?

I've been using Databricks and I registered my credit card. I've been paying for it.

Now I just want to see the invoices but I can't find it.

Is there anybody who experienced similar to this one?

I would appreciate you if you know the answer!

To clarify, are you looking for invoices related to courses you've purchased, or are you referring to other Databricks services?

Hello,

I'm referring a workspace. We have a workspace, cluster runs on it, tables are sitting there.

Just invoices for that I paid for the usage of Databricks.

@freshmint, try navigating to the Databricks Account Console and checking the "Subscription & Billing" section, which includes invoice and payment details.

If the invoices aren’t visible there, reach out to billing@databricks.com for further assistance.

Hello,

It looks like it's now infinite loop.

I reached out to Billing, then they said to me they're not a partner with us.

Navigated me the community Q&A. Now I'm being navigated to Billing again.

I just want invoices that we have paid for the usage.

I'm having the same problem. I've reached out to their billing support and received the same "We are currently unable to locate any invoices for the C&SI Partner Program on the account" response. I don't know why its so difficult to get invoices/receipts for when a card is charged. We have a dozen other subscriptions to other services and none of them have this issue.
