JDBC DatabaseMetaData.getColumns().getComments() encoding issue

I am using the JDBC driver to load comments saved in Databricks, associated to tables and columns.

Comments saved in Chinese are returned in the bad encoding. I use

DatabaseMetaData.getColumns().getComments()
