Please add a button in the notebook editor UI that automatically scrolls the view to the currently running cell. This would help users:

• Navigate long notebooks more efficiently
• Reduce manual scrolling
• Improve debugging and workflow speed
• Enhance the user experience during long-running jobs or complex workflows
