HI @KaushalVachhani @Krishna_S , finally I could able to resolve the issue with the help of Databricks Product team. For UC functions to work in Multi Agent Supervisor, it is required to enable "Managed MCP Servers" preview. Once I enabled the same, UC function starts working in MAS.
