What is the difference between Databricks Vector Search and Mosaic AI Vector Search?

As I understand it, the core features of Databricks Vector Search have been integrated into Mosaic AI Vector Search. Does that mean Databricks Vector Search is a deprecated version of Mosaic AI?

Could someone help me understand the differences and advise on which one to use in different scenarios?
