I also had a similar experience last Saturday while doing my certification exam. 

I had scheduled my certification exam today at 4:00 PM. However, upon starting, the site redirected me to install a secure browser and proceed with the biometrics section. Unfortunately, the biometrics section took approximately 30 minutes to load, despite my internet connection being stable throughout. As a result, I was unable to complete the biometrics process. After 4:30 my Assessment was Freeze. Lock Down Browser Issues.

I request To Team either refund Full amount or gave me to retake assessment /Reschedule My Exam $236 Dollar Is Huge Amount. Without given Exam Hou you Cancel or Not allowed to take a Asseesment.

Now, the only option available is to reschedule the exam, which incurs an additional $53 charge—something I believe is unfair, as the issue was beyond my control.

Could you please look into this matter and assist in resolving it without the need for an additional fee?
