Hello Team,
I encountered Pathetic experience while attempting my 1st Data Bricks certification. I had my exam at 9.00AM IST. When I was trying to launch the exam it was loading for a long time and till 9.30 AM IST it was just loading(Attached the screenshots). After that I didn't have option to Launch the exam. I have also raised a two support request ticket but I didn't get any help from them.
I want to the team to reschedule my exam since I didn't attempt the exam.
Please resolve this on high priority.
kindly help me in this scenario @Cert-Team @Kaniz_Fatma @Cert-Team @Sujitha

Hi
@Cert-Team @Kaniz_Fatma @Cert-Team @Sujitha
I also had a similar experience today while doing my certification exam.
I had scheduled my certification exam today at 2:00 PM. However, upon starting, the site redirected me to install a secure browser and proceed with the biometrics section. Unfortunately, the biometrics section took approximately 30 minutes to load, despite my internet connection being stable throughout. As a result, I was unable to complete the biometrics process.
Now, the only option available is to reschedule the exam, which incurs an additional $45 charge—something I believe is unfair, as the issue was beyond my control.
Could you please look into this matter and assist in resolving it without the need for an additional fee?
Thank you for your assistance.
I have also raised a ticket . Please find the details below:

After 4:30 my Assessment was Freeze. Lock Down Browser Issues.

Hi,
I have planned a certification exam for Databricks Data engineering associate today (26th October), before the exam I created and saved my biometric details and installed the requested software.
At the exact time of the exam I tried to launch exam, but surprisingly the plateform is redirecting to the assessment page again and again with no additional information to show up what went wrong/ even no contact nor support from the plateform to tackle such acess issue.
It's extremely bad experience to not even have the opportunity to take an exam after paying 200$ and a lot of preparation during the last period (1 - 2 months).
I need an explanation to wht happened and how it's not mentioning any further info I made what was expected than I lost the exam certification that I wanted to take.
I raised a ticket : ref:!00D610JGc4.!500Vp0Dup0e:ref
