@Louis_Frolio thanks for such clear explanation. We are a two people team. We have practical experience of Databricks implementation and migration from other platform to Databricks. We learnt at the job but we do not have any certification nor we completed any learning path on Databricks academy. Now, we want to apply for CSI partner program to begin with. 

My question is: should we register for the partner account first, and then complete the Databricks Academy learning paths and certifications using our company emails so that they count toward our partnership acceptance?
Or should we keep learning and aim for certifications with our personal accounts?
