Assuming you followed the guide (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/databricks/integrations/jdbc/authentication#--oauth-machine-...), is it possible your workspace uses private link?
because that won't work.
Also: only Databricks secrets work, Entra ID secrets do not.
