You can achieve this by setting up different schedules for each project and specifying the default filter values accordingly
Create the Dashboard: Ensure your dashboard is set up with the necessary filters, including the project filter.
Set Default Filter Values: For each project, set the default value for the project filter. This can be done in the filter widget’s configuration settings by selecting a value from the Default value drop-down.
Create Subscriptions:
- Go to the dashboard you want to subscribe to.
- Click on the "Schedules" or "Subscriptions" option.
- Create a new schedule for each project. While creating the schedule, specify the default filter value for the project.
- Add the relevant team members to the subscription list for each project.
Manage Schedules: Each schedule will run independently, applying the specified default filter value and sending the report to the subscribed team members.
