I think I'm missing something in your explanation (perhaps because I'm quite new to Databricks).

As far as I know, default filter value can be specified only in draft mode, while a schedule can only be created for a published dashboard. Do I need to do that for each project:

1. Set to draft mode
2. Select default project
3. Publish
4. Set schedule
