Currently, there is no option to recover deleted items. In architectures, it not necessary to control or manage the final code available in the system. Instead, the focus should be controlling and managing how code and jobs are deployed using version control and CI/CD.

As a best practice, you can leverage "Databricks Asset Bundle" or Terraform to deploy and manage Databricks jobs, ensuring idempotency. I would prefer Asset Bund as they simplify Terraform as it uses Terraform under the hood.
