Same here. I can log in to some content but access policies seem to have changed. One of my credentials has already expired and I've got another expiring later this month, and I still can't get access to the resources I need to update my certs. Come on Databricks, your certification program is wasted if you you preclude access to practitioners.
Access issues:
(1) Access to the academy (https://customer-academy.databricks.com/learn)
is restricted to DB005A [FREE PUBLIC] Databricks Academy Catalog).
"My learning" is missing with: "Whoops, there's nothing here. Looks like there’s nothing for you to do in this area right now."
(2) Access to the community edition, and the support portal appears to have been revoked.
We were not able to find a Community Edition workspace with this email.
(3) Access to the help center has gone:
You currently do not have access to Help Center.
