Could you share a bit more detail about your setup? Specifically:

• Are you creating a new dashboard from the SQL > Dashboard interface?

• When you right-click and choose “View dataset”, are you taken to the Data tab (on the right side of the “Canvas” button), where you can see the query and its result?

Understanding exactly where you are in the interface will help us figure out why the “Download as CSV” option might not be appearing.
