This definitely works, however I was trying to push all my KPIs to the semantic layer as this is a best practice recommendation. And on top of that once I manage to calculate total_credit_limit I have several more metrics such as utilization ratio, which are composite metrics calculated on top of other metric (averages, ratios, etc). 

So I'm predominantly looking to have my full universe of KPIs defined as measures in the metric view.
