What is the download row limit for Databricks SQL? Can we increase it?

This is the current default.
com.databricks.webapp.displayRowLimit - this currently defaults to 1000 rows
com.databricks.webapp.displayByteLimit - this currently defaults to 1024 * 1000 bytes
