@cert-ops Today my Databricks exam got suspended without reason. I set my system to maximum brightness, and initially the proctor accepted it. But after some time, without any changes in lighting or brightness, it was suddenly suspended.Need your help on the support ticket 00729733

I have booked a slot for today I.e , 02 September 2025 10:30 AM , for Databricks Certified GenAI Associate and while taking exam , it was suddenly moved to proctoring and asked me to show my room and I did that , it again asked me to show the walls and I did that too , I dont know what happened and I am the only one in my room and i didn't do any malpractice and after that ,My exam got suspended with out reason . I have raised ticket to support team also with all my details. Kindly reschedule as soon as possible .it is very urgent for me to do this certification .kindly reschedule as soon as possible @Cert-Team

I require urgent assistance regarding my Databricks certification exam.
Candidate Details:
User ID: Praj*******5
Exam Date & Time: 19 November 2025, 11:45H Asia/Calcutta
The Issue: My exam was auto-suspended in the middle of the verification process before I could even start the test. I was complying with all verification checks when the session was abruptly terminated without reason. My exam test time was 11:45 but I get notification on 11:39 that you get auto-suspended.
Support Status: I have filed a complaint with Databricks support, but I have received no response despite raising multiple requests. Please see the ticket IDs below:

My exam got suspended even before launching exam as I just ran the system checks and I haven’t launched my exam but still it showed me suspended message before starting the exam.I haven’t seen any single question for the databricks data analyst exam .Its a request to please have a look on my ticket on urgent basis with
