login not working / authenticating. tried the password reset option and reset the password. when logged back in faced the same login issue. tried multiple browsers, multiple machines and registered with few emails accounts to face the same issue at login. reached out to webassessor support who asked me to reach out to databricks support. Databricks support in turn asked me to reach out to webassessor support. support from both is a JOKE.

Hi @Sud-Jaya sorry you are having issues. Our support team is escalating the issue with Krtyerion (Webassessor) to see what the issue is as we have not been able to identify what i causing the problem.

I am facing the same problem. Can't receive the email link to changing password. I am not confused which email I used..I tried creating new profiles with it..and I can see it being created. I paid $236 dollars for the same scheduled for 13th. I need to reschedule it due to unforeseen circumstances. Don't know what I am going to do.. neither databricks or webasccesor support people are responding..

Hello! I am not able to log in to webassessor and cant change my exam date. I requested a ticket for this and it didnt got resolved. Now, I cant even log in to the portal and do the exam itself. I get an error while logging in;
"You've requested a password reset too many times. For security reasons, your account is temporarily locked. Please try again in 30 minutes"
which is weird and makes no sense! Please help me resolve this. My voucher is not going to be used which is sad!
Ive tried different browsers and cleared cache + incognito

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. the issue is not resolved. I am still not able to login. I tried creating multiple accounts but still the same. is there any workaround you can suggest?

Hi @Sud-Jaya our support team has been working with Krtyerion to troubleshoot, Krtyerion has not been able to identify a specific issue that is causing the problem. I would suggest reaching out to our support team again with the log IDs for each of your accounts, so that we can try to merge them and see if that will resolve the issue. Having multiple accounts can make it harder for us to resolve the issue.

Hi, As you know the problem is not because of multiple IDs. I created multiple Ids because of this login issue to see if any of the account works. will be great if the login is resolved for this login i am using.

I am facing the same issue.
I am unable to access my Webassessor account for Databricks certification. I had originally registered using my organization email address, but I have forgotten my password. When I try to reset it, I do not receive any password reset email in my inbox or spam folders.
I have already raised a ticket on this but there is no update yet.
I have scheduled my exam on 17th March. Now I am not sure how to take the exam as I am not able access to the account.
Can you please look into this at earliest.
