Academy Login is not work

Hi guys ... I'm registered in Academy, I done some courses used this account but now I don't` no to use that and I can't to change password because my email was changed .. what I do ?

Please try to login with old email to https://customer-academy.databricks.com/learn/signin and then change email in profile
