Hi @Kaviana, Hey, I noticed you're facing an issue setting up a cluster in your Databricks workspace.
Let's troubleshoot this.
Access Denied Error:
The "Access Denied" error suggests you lack the permissions needed to create a cluster. Users with cluster policy access or the "Create Cluster" permission can do this. Here's what you can do:
- Check if you have the necessary permissions.
- Reach out to your admin for the required access.
- If you're not on the Premium plan or above, consider upgrading.
Virtual Network and SSH Connection:
If you're having problems during cluster creation, review the virtual network where your workspace is deployed. An existing ExpressRoute connection or peering might hinder the SSH connection to the cluster node during creation.
Cluster and Workspace Tags:
Ensure that custom tags on the cluster don't conflict with any pool tags. Workspace tags may take up to an hour to propagate after changes and remember the cap of 20 tags per workspace resource.
If issues persist, I recommend reaching out to Databricks support by filing a support ticket.
