Notebook and folder owner

Hi all

We can use this API https://docs.databricks.com/api/workspace/dbsqlpermissions/transferownership to transfer the ownership of a Query.

Is there anything similar for notebooks and folders?

This api only allows to set permissions based on permission level , which doesn't include changing OWNER. Any suggestions on this particular request.
