Can't use voucher code to register for exam

Hello, I have voucher code and when I want to register for exam (Databricks Associate for Apache Spark) my voucher code doesn't work: Exam(s) not associated with Promotion Code. What should I do? I created a ticket to support, but I haven't got any response yet.
