Certificate Not Received for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate

Hi Databricks Community,

I successfully passed the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam, but it has been 5 days now and I have not received my certificate or badge via email.

I have already raised a support ticket but have not received any resolution yet. I also checked my spam/junk folder and tried logging into Accredible, but the issue persists.

Could someone from the Databricks team please look into this and help get my certificate issued?
