Certification got suspended

Hi Team,
My certification exam got suspended even before starting. Even the system check was fine but still it got suspended. I was constantly looking into screen and did not attempt for any malpractice. I have also created a support ticket on the Databricks help page(#00956107) Saturday. But there is no update on that. Kindly resolve the issue and help me in retaking this exam as this is very important for me. I have to complete the certification and show it to my company before 10th July 2026. It is important for my project. @Cert-Team

@jishi_nair Did your invigilator not messaged or warned you about something? Usually it happens when you seem to be stuck or so. Don't worry, it'll get resolved as always - for sure!
