Databricks Certification Exam Suspended Before Starting – Request for Advice on Appeal and Reschedul

Hi Databricks Community,

My Databricks certification exam was suspended immediately when I attempted to start it, before I could access or answer any questions. The notification stated that Respondus detected software associated with malware used for remote access. However, I was not intentionally using any remote-access software.

I have submitted a formal appeal to Databricks Support, and my request is currently pending.

I respectfully request a fair review of this incident, an explanation of what triggered the detection, and the opportunity to reschedule my exam without additional charges, as I was unable to begin the examination.

hey, how is your ticket going?

it happened to me as well just 1 week ago. 
I'm still in the middle of back and forth with the support, they also can't tell me what are the "Remote access Software in here".  They are responding very promptly which is very good, it's just I personally feel frustrated as I likely will use the same laptop, and yet do not know what software or background process running that. 
And weird enough just 2 weeks prior to this, I took my DE Associate exam smoothly.

Trying to connecting the dot, I noticed some of my Visual Studio code still opened during the 2nd time. While the First one was no Visual studio code opened (maybe after restarted laptop). How about yours, any apps opened that time?
