Databricks Data Engineer Associate Exam Got suspended in middle

Hi @Cert-TeamOPS  Certification Team,

I was giving the Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certification exam yesterday and the exam got suspended in the middle even when I was looking only in the screen of my laptop. 

I raised a ticket to support team but there is no response yet. Ticket No - #00682960

Please help me reschedule my exam at the earliest as this certification is very important for me.

Please help me reschedule the exam in IST time between 10 AM TO 12 PM IST tomorrow.

I have appeared for Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam on 15th June 2025 at 1930 IST but exam got suspended in the middle even when I was looking into the screen only.

I raised a ticket to support team but there is no response yet. Ticket No - #00682960
