Databricks exam got suspended

Hi Team,

My Databricks Certified Developer Apache Spark 3.0 Python exam got suspended on 14th August 2023 and it is in progress state.

I was there continuously in front of the camera and suddenly the alert appeared, and the support person asked me to show the whole table and I have shown the entire room and table twice. And I am not sure why the support person still suspended my exam as there was nothing suspicious.
Please solve this issue.
I really need to get the certification and it's really important for my project.
Please I am requesting you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I was in the middle of the exam and it was going well.

Please let me know If you can resume my exam or if you can reschedule the same for any day.

On 10 May 2025, I was in the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate online exam. I was answering the questions. Suddenly the page was directed to another page, and someone asked me through a chat dialogue to show the room and desk and then asked me to contact Databricks. He has not answered my concerns at all and just asked me to contact Databricks. I already mentioned my problem in https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training but no answer yet. I am really confused and have no idea what happened. Please let me know what is wrong with my exam and how should I proceed.
