Databricks Exam Suspended

My Databricks exam  [ April 30th 2025- 10:15 PM IST ]was suspended  despite following all the instructions provided by the proctor. I thoroughly scanned the room, rotating the camera from left to right, right to left, and top to bottom as requested. The exam was then resumed, but I kept receiving frequent pop-ups asking me to keep my eyes on the screen. I had no choice but to stay focused, especially since I was given 56 questions instead of the usual 45, and the timer had already started. While I was reviewing my answers, I was informed that I did not meet the behavioral or environmental requirements, even though I had complied with all the guidelines and the exam was suspended.

Kindly do the needful for a successful exam completion.I have taken 3 exams earlier but have never faced this issue before. The pop-ups were so frequent disturbing my exam flow.

Important points to notice that happened as part of the exam:

  1. I was allotted 56 questions instead of 45 questions with the same 90 min frame as mentioned on the first screen of the exam.
  2. I was asked to turn the AC as well as the fan even after showing the entire room tour in camera
  3. As you are aware the exam questions are lengthy and they require scrolling to the left and right..top and bottom to reread the questions sometimes. The focus on the monitor warning screen kept popping up disturbing my exam flow.

I very kindly request the @DataBricks team to address the issue as I look forward for a positive resolution.
