Exam for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate

My Databricks professional data Engineer certification exam got suspended. My Exam just went for half hour, it was showing me error for eye movement when I was reading question, exam suspended on 11th of July 2024 and still showing in progress assessment so not able to retake or reschedule the exam.  Kryterion support team told me to reach out to Databricks support. But there was no reply to my emails. So, I request you to please close my exam from in progress exam I am not able to do it from my side so that I can register for exam freshly.
