My exam was scheduled for 3:30 pm IST on 22nd march, I had multiple interruptions during the exam. When I started, I was wearing my spectacles, which seemed to trigger an initial warning. I removed my spectacles as instructed. However, as I was continuously looking at the screen, I began experiencing eye strain. To alleviate the discomfort, I put my spectacles back on. Immediately after, the exam portal was disrupted, and a chat box appeared.
The proctor team then requested me to show my exam room, which I did twice. Although I attempted to comply, I faced difficulties due to biometric constraints that required me to remove my spectacles again. Despite following these instructions and consistently looking at the screen, my eyes were strained, and I had to blink frequently. I even referred to the guidelines, which mentioned that closing one’s eyes briefly was permissible to reduce strain.
However, despite all my efforts, my exam was suddenly suspended. This was particularly frustrating as I was nearing the completion of the test.
Here is the support ticket number #00637919. Please look into this asap it's really important and it's annoying to see how multiple people have faced the same suspension issue because of eyesight. Please reschedule my exam it important for me to complete.
