Exam got suspended

I had my exam on 5th December 2024 and had a Pathetic experience while attempting my 1st DataBricks certification.  My exam was paused abruptly, Proctor asked me to relaunch the exam since there was a technical issue from their side. After relaunching the exam again my exam was paused for the second time and the proctor asked me to show the entire room view, the place where i was seated and every corner of the beds. 

Even after sitting in a quiet room with no one around and continuously looking on the screen not even down, I was told that your exam is suspended abruptly due to technical issues/behavioural act.

I paid the fees with so much hard work, and I have to show the certification immediately to my organisation. Please help. I have raised the request. I attempted approximately 32 questions. I can attempt all of them again as I have been properly trained on it by my organisation.

This is serious, I have paid and attempted exam ethically. 

Please resolve this on high priority.
