Exam Suspended

Hi,

I am extremely disappointed with Databricks and its testing partners. I am having a pathetic experience taking up the certification exam. Databricks and its partners are wasting my time and effort that I have put into preparing for the certification exam. My exam was scheduled for 5th Jan 2025 and it was randomly suspended for non-compliance issues. I HAVE BEEN TAKING UP THE EXAM ETHICALLY. My session was paused and the proctor asked me to show around the room which I promptly did. I was constantly looking into the camera and not even for once I did look away. I was using rough sheets and I CLEARLY MENTIONED THIS TO THE PROCTOR AS WELL.THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE. I HAVE PAID MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THIS EXAM. Following are the details of my exam:
 
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate
Time : 90 min
Number of questions : 45
 
PLEASE TREAT THIS AS THE HIGHEST PRIORITY ISSUE. Please let me know if you require any further information from my end. I want to resume the exam as soon as possible.
