Exam suspended

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam was suspended stating that I have violated the technical, behavioral, and/or environmental requirements for an online proctored exam. I have already raised the request #00664455.

I am not sure what went wrong, and if possible I would like to reschedule my exam. Please let me know the next steps required to proceed.
