Good morning. I encountered a problem while taking the exam scheduled at 3:30 PM on 26th March. The questions intermittently appeared and disappeared, and eventually, the screen went white suddenly. It might have been due to a technical glitch. I was selecting options, but the system was not responding correctly. It was getting white, and I was not able to select the correct answer; it was selecting a different option that I was not choosing. This was very disturbing, and my exam got paused three times. Each time, the support made me wait for almost 15 minutes and asked too many questions. Even at the end, I didn't get time to review the questions before the screen went off.
In response, I received an email stating that I failed the exam, and the sole reason is the exam environment. I didn't expect such issues with Databricks. How can I get it rescheduled as it is entirely the fault of the exam provider so that I can attend my exam in a smoother way? Otherwise, I will lose one month's salary because of this.
