I want to share very bad experience on my first Databricks exam and request support team to look into this actively.
I scheduled my exam on 20th Feb.In the middle of my exam it got paused and I was asked to show entire room which I did and then they suspended my exam saying violation of behavioral norms.I raised ticket to Databricks support team and thankfully they have rescheduled my exam on 24th Feb.
This time also same thing happened.After 15-20 mins my exam got paused stating I am not looking at camera then I showed my entire room and luckily this time they allowed me to resume my exam and I cleared it.
I want to know how video is being monitored throughout the exam.It's very disturbing to be interrupted multiple times during the exam.Not only that it lowers confidence as well even after preparing hard for the exam.I am looking straight I to the camera yet they are saying looking here and there.
Giving the exam peacefully is more challenging than preparing for the exam.Please look into this matter and provide a workaround.Would be happy to give exam offline in test center to avoid such nuisance if possible.
