Link corporate account with personal account

It would be valuable that Databricks allows us to join our personal accounts with the corporate accounts, for certifications, training, and community matters.

As sometimes we move from company to company, and the certificates belongs to the holder then it makes sense that the personal account could get the personal contents.

Or is there any procedure for moving the contents from one account to another?

In Databricks Web assessor, you cannot directly log in with a secondary email. Instead, the secondary email is used as a recovery option if you lose access to your primary account. To add or update it, you must go into your Webassessor profile settings and enter your personal email under “Secondary Email Address.” If you ever lose access to your primary email, Databricks Support can transfer your certifications to the secondary one.

Step-by-Step: Adding a Secondary Email in Webassessor

1. Log in to Webassessor

   • Use your primary email ID (the one linked to your Databricks Academy account).

2. Go to Profile Settings

   • Click your profile icon (top-right corner).

   • Select My Settings.

3. Update Email Information

   • Under the Email section, verify your primary email.

   • Scroll down to Personal Information.

   • Enter your Secondary Email Address (this can be your personal account).

4. Save & Verify

   • Save changes.

   • You may receive a verification link at the secondary email—confirm it to activate recovery.
