I am writing to request assistance with reissuing a 50% certification voucher that I earned during the Databricks Advanced Learning Festival (June 15 – July 6, 2026).
I successfully completed my learning pathway and originally received the email containing my voucher code. However, the email was accidentally deleted from my inbox and trash folder, and I am unable to recover it. Because the voucher code does not display directly inside my Databricks Academy learning portal dashboard, I cannot access the code to book my exam.
Could your backend team please look up the specific promo code that was assigned to my account and resend it to me?
