Request for 50% Certification Voucher Discount

Hello,

I have completed (in widow of 16 july to 6 jun .) the following courses, which were advertised as eligible for a 50% discount on the certification exam voucher: 

• Databricks data engineer professional.

courses had marked as completed in my account. However, I have not yet received any information or code related to the voucher discount.

Could you please check my eligibility and provide the discount voucher or guidance on how to redeem it?

The certification vouchers have been distributed to all eligible participants. Please check your spam or junk folder to see if the email was redirected there. 

If you still can't find it, please send me a DM with the email address associated with your Customer Academy account.

I have seen my Junk box as well , but I do not find discount voucher.

You should be eligible if the course was completed within the promotion period. First, check your spam/junk folder, as voucher emails can take some time to arrive. If you still haven't received it, contact Databricks Training Support with your account email, course completion date, and a screenshot of the completed course so they can verify your eligibility and resend the voucher if needed.
