I am writing regarding my Databricks certification exam that was scheduled for May 3rd. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the exam, and it has now expired.
I sincerely apologize for missing the appointment. During that time, I had to deal with an unexpected and serious family emergency, which prevented me from attending and keeping track of my commitments.
Given the circumstances, I kindly request your consideration for rescheduling the exam or allowing me another opportunity to take it without an additional fee. The exam cost of $236 is significant for me, and I would greatly appreciate any support you can provide.
Please let me know if any documentation is required from my side. I truly value the opportunity to complete this certification and would be grateful for your understanding.
